I would like to thank Tim Eads and the Mgr Steve in the Service department. Had my car in for an oil consumption test and oil change. Steve and the service guys did a wonderful job with my oil change and told me to come back to have oil consumption checked in thousand miles. Everyone very friendly and professional. Do not pay cash for your vehicle. They really want you to use their financial resources. They will use the sale tactics that someone else is already approved with their financial assistance and they get kickbacks from them. The internet price that says what you pay is not the final price. They add more than what’s listed on the internet. Be sure to check the dipstick if they say they change the oil. Service center was a waste of time after waiting two weeks for an appointment. They were aware of why the vehicle was coming in and were not prepared with the necessary part.

On a scale of 1-10 I give Kia of Dayton a 15. Ernest, our sales rep, went above and beyond to explain the process and the car and Gabe, who processed the paperwork, made it painless and quick. Both were very helpful and I appreciated it--I would give them both a bonus if I could. The dealership is very pleasant and convenient for me. I love my Kia and recommend this dealership highly and look forward to a long relationship with them maintaining my K5.

This dealership knowingly sold us a used car with a bad transmission, when confronted about it the general manager’s response was “welcome to the used car market”. Agreed to take car back after we threatened a lawyer. Buyer beware.

What a terrible experience. They agreed to a deal on a Wednesday, had me confirm a pickup date with an appointment for following Monday and explained they would send instructions to complete the bank transfer for the down payment. After several days of stalling and wasting my time they messaged me at close on Sunday of the same week to say they sold the vehicle to someone else even though we had a deal. Service department is terrible. Held my car for 4 days despite doing nothing for 3. Didn't contact me and was unreachable. Communication and time management are severely lacking in the service managers

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation....the scheduling process was easy and they got me in an out in under an hour
Brought my vehicle in for its first oil change. I arrived about 5 minutes before they opened, but Devin immediately opened the door as I pulled up and started taking my information. He took some time to get to know me and how well I was liking the Sportage Hybrid. He said the oil change would take about 45 minutes, but only took about 35 minutes. Devin briefly reviewed the service, gave me a free car wash pass and explained how to use. Service was quick and professional.

Over 2 hour wait for a SCHEDULED appointment for service. Has been a bad service experience since we bought. Our first oil change they left the drain plug out and we drove all the way home not realizing we left a trail of oil all the way. Engine died at 100k miles after religiously doing only Full synthetic from the start. Either extra wear from the initial oil change or just a crappy manufacturer, you be the judge.
Though I liked the ride and handling of my 2022 Buick Envision with under 24,000 miles, I passed a Sorento on the road and really liked the way it looked. So, decided I would just drop by dealership to investigate.......thus, I now drive a beautiful Midnight Lake Blue Sorento! I sacrificed my Envision heated steering wheel for a Sorento panoramic roof.... which was a must if I was to trade.

Called Kia Huber Heights to setup a time to come and test drive a couple different models and the employee "Alex" and mentioned we were just starting to look for a vehicle and didn't know when we would be buying. Alex said he totally understood and in the same breath hung up the phone. This is unacceptable in any service industry. We will spread the word about this dealership in hopes they take there business to a place that treats customers better. Good luck to any employer that allows employees to treat customers this way.

I worked with Jim, and although I pretty much knew what I was there for, he made it easy. He was never pushy, took his time, and allowed me to take mine. Although the condition of me buying the car was the windows were supposed to get tinted and it didn't pan out, Jim was a pleasure to work with. I'd def recommend him.
The service was fast and considerate. My tires were checked and a nail was found in one. The tire was ordered and air was put in my tire. I had my oil changed and the inside dash of my car was wiped down. Very friendly service and enjoyable place to spend time waiting on my car to be serviced.

My service is alway super fast. I’m never there more than a few minutes to drop off and pick up and my car is always cleaned when I pick up from getting an oil change
I was excited to purchase my new vehicle until I found out how much my insurance would be. ($503) per month is just outrageous. My insurance makes it unaffordable with having to pay my daughter's tuition and I'm a single mom. I can't rest properly with so much weighing on my mind. I'm trying to find other options
