Very happy with the dealership and our salesman Eric. We purchased a Kia Soul from this location in 2014, a car that we have had zero issues with until this past week. The check engine light went on and I wanted to immediately take it to the dealer.The Kia dealer that was local to us could not get us into their service center for at least 9 days. So I called Kia of Dayton (which our being south of Dayton is a sizable trip to drive with the check engine light on). I was scheduled for a Monday morning service, but the lady who scheduled me said that since we were a single car household and it was Saturday morning, she would transfer us to the service manager to see if they could get us in that day. I left a message with the service manager, and drove up to the dealership thinking that worst case I would leave the car there over the weekend. We were also looking at purchasing another car, since this incident showed us that being a single car family is not a great idea.Enter Eric, who immediately understood the issue, got us together with the service manager, who went ahead and got us into their shop that day. Eric then spend some time discussing our needs (family of five, some long distance driving), and then showed us a couple of car. Eric was very relaxed and not at all the proto-typical car salesman character that you think of. He answered questions, brought up points and made sure that we understood the pros and cons of the car that we were interested in. After discussing the idea of purchasing a car that day with my wife, we decided to buy a Telluride EX that they had on the lot.Once the decision to purchase was made, Eric did everything to make the process of purchasing the car go extremely fast and easy. Less that 90 minutes after deciding to purchase the car, we (or at least my wife) drove off with our new car (and during this time, the service department not only determined what was the issue with the Soul, but fixed it and took care of a recall that I missed).All in all a good experience. I highly recommend this dealership and the automobiles they sell.
My daughters stopped in because the engine light came on. The service department was great in helping them.
