From the first phone call I made to Kia of Dayton dealership I was greeted with pure kindness. I had the pleasure of working with Preston during my new car purchase. It was my very first new car and he made the experience flawless. Everyone at Kia of Dayton was wonderful. Preston listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and guided me through the right fit for me and my price range. I cannot thank you all enough for your amazing help.
We purchased a 2017 Forte 2 weeks ago and had a couple of small things that needed attention. The service persons are really the face of the company and these folks are definitely tops! First impressions matter. From buying the car to it needing a little attention, Kia of Dayton could not have been better. They were straightforward and a pleasure to work with.(We had quite a different experience when shopping for a vehicle at Wylers in Batavia. It was a bait and switch.) But that was a different story. So glad we landed at Kia of Dayton.
I was taken in a timely manner, it seem to take longer then usual to get my oil change, but it was good. I never paid what I was charged to get my oil change it was a little high. Service department was friendly and professional.
I came to Kia of Dayton wanting to trade in my Chevy Cruze for an SUV. I wasn't sure if it would be possible because I had negative equity but Will did an amazing job helping me get into a 2020 Kia Sorento. He was attentative and I appreciated that if I had a question that he did not know the answer, he made sure to find it out for me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made my trade in a easy transition. I love my SUV and I'm glad I chose Kia of Dayton!

Repair services are good
I took my 2015 Kia Soul to KIA of Dayton for an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep took my information and advised me of what was going to be done, in a professional manner, and told me they would call me when the service was done. They called when the car was ready, I picked it up with no problems. I felt safe dealing with the service department, everyone was wearing masks, and keeping distance. I have always been treated as a valuable customer when I have my car serviced at Kia of Dayton.
