Tech said my brakes were at an 8. My car is brand spanking new, with a little over 5000 miles. I wondered how in the world could my brakes be at an 8. My son took his car in a few months ago for an oil change, and they also told him that he needed brakes. He decided to get a 2nd opinion, and another car dealer told him that he didn't need brakes, and wondered why Kia told him that he did. I've bought my last six cars from Kia, and have always had a lot of confidence in the service techs ability and knowledge in servicing my car. Sorry to say, but my confidence level has been lowered significantly. Everyone else is fine, not entirely sure what's going on with the service technicians. Integrity issue? Not sure, but they had better figure it out before the word gets out there that they can't be trusted to tell you the truth about your car.

Thank You Chris Murphy for getting to the bottom of my brake lights blowing ! I can even tell the difference when I unlock my car how all the lights are all around the tail lights light up ! I appreciate what you have done! I will be back for future oil changes etc !

Had a great experience getting my car 2018 Kia Soul serviced at KIA of Dayton in Huber Heights! The staff is friendly. The dealership is also close to home.
