Took our Sedona van in for work, and had a great experience. The work was done ahead of schedule and everything seems to be working perfectly on the repairs we had done.
This was my first time at Kia of Dayton and I was very impressed with the service that I received. I was there for an oil change and they had me completed within an hour as promised. All of the employees with which I interacted with was friendly and professional. I will definitely continue to schedule my service at this dealership.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. . .from the voice on the phone when I made the appointment to the service employee that helped me check out. The job was finished earlier than promised. While I was on site I got an estimate to repair damage to my bumper. That staff was very pleasant and direct too.
I always have good service but I really miss when they cleaned out and washed the car when done.
Robert Elswick was my salesman and he was AMAZING. I came in with a number I was comfortable with...He ran numbers for me on a few different vehicles and was extremely patient. He kept me within the range we agreed upon on and I walked out extremely satisfied. He will 100% have a repeat customer out of me!!!
